The LINC 4 students of New Directions English Language School, guided by Instructor Vanessa, explored the lives of Viola Desmond, Jane Goodall, and Emily Carr, strengthening their reading and writing skills while reflecting on women's contributions to history and the arts. ????
The highlight? A field trip to the Vancouver Art Gallery on March 14, where students experienced Emily Carr’s masterpieces—many visiting for the first time and even taking their first SkyTrain ride! ???
